L&MPS International

L&MPS (Lost & Missing Person Search) International was established in 2019 as a training and consultancy providing a portfolio of missing person search products.

With a philosophy of ‘to provide assurance in search,’ achieved through professional training delivery, research and the testing of new systems, techniques & methods, L&MPS International builds collaborative partnerships and maintains the skills & capabilities of all involved in the search for missing persons.

As a totally independent entity and not part of any government department or charitable body, we are able to provide a totally unique service that is both bespoke and contextualised to an individual client’s needs, structure and operating environment.

L&MPS - People

Our training team, consultants and instructors are all experienced search practitioners from the emergency services and hold qualifications at all levels of the missing person search process. These include Search Coordination Strategy & Management, Lost Person Behaviour, Search Technician and Team Leadership. Our Instructor training sessions are held regularly and continuing professional development (CPD) is actively encouraged.
